Corrosion stops here
Boca homes built before 1980 were plumbed with galvanized steel that rusts from the inside out. Once the wall is open, we cut it out and run new lines back to the nearest junction.
Most local bathrooms look fine on day one, but fail because of cheap work hidden behind the walls. We strip everything to the studs, fix the plumbing, and guarantee the waterproofing. General Contractor Jorge Monroy is on your site daily to make sure it's done right.
Most failed South Florida bathrooms looked great on the day they were finished. The real problems show up in year two or three: dark grout lines that never dry, a soft spot on the subfloor, or a mildew smell that bleach won't fix. Those aren't surface issues. That's cheap workmanship buried behind the tile.
We don't cut those corners. We build a stable, dry substrate first, apply a real waterproof layer, and install a correctly-sized exhaust fan. Tile comes last. We rigorously test our waterproofing before the first tile goes on. If it leaks a millimeter, we tear it out and start over.
We pull every permit under Jorge's GC license (CGC1514129). You get zero surprises, firm pricing, and copies of every approved inspection card when we hand over the keys.
We refuse to install beautiful tile over someone else's rotting drywall. Before the new tile goes on, we fix the infrastructure behind the walls so you only have to pay for this remodel once.

We don't use cheap rubber pan liners that crack at the folds. We install pre-sloped foam pans and liquid membranes so water never wicks into your framing.

If your subfloor bends, your grout will crack. We check the framing for bounce and reinforce the joists if needed. Then we set the tile over a decoupling membrane so the floor stays permanently rigid.

We never use "moisture-resistant" green board drywall behind shower tile. We strip it to the studs and install solid cement backer board, taping and sealing every seam.

A cheap 50-CFM fan is why your bathroom grows mildew. We calculate the exact exhaust volume your room needs, install a high-end Panasonic fan, and hard-duct it straight out the roof.

We pull dedicated 20-amp GFCI circuits for every bathroom we remodel. We replace old, ungrounded outlets to bring everything up to modern electrical code.

The clearest way to judge a contractor’s quality is by looking at the raw difference between where a space started and where it finished. No curated angles or hidden shortcuts—just complete, floor-to-ceiling bathroom transformations that prioritize structural integrity, premium waterproofing, and timeless design.
The original New Floresta bath had chipped laminate countertops and a single basin. The owners suspected water damage around the old tub surround—a common failure point for that era.
We tore it down to the studs and rebuilt the surfaces with 24×48 polished Calacatta porcelain tile. We replaced the single basin with a custom light-oak double vanity, paired with matte black wall-mounted faucets and a linear LED light bar. Illustrative past project; your scope, duration and cost will differ.
Your contractor shouldn't make a hidden profit on the tile you choose. Many South Florida material wholesalers are strictly trade-only. Because of our volume, we have top-tier accounts at all of them.
We open our trade accounts to you, passing our wholesale pricing straight through. You get high-end finishes for exactly what they cost us.
Real ranges from the last two years of our invoices:
The big price swings come from three factors. First, layout changes: moving a shower or toilet adds $4–$8K in plumbing alone. Second, tile selection: a 24×48 porcelain is roughly half the installed cost of a marble slab. Third, galvanized plumbing: if you have old pipes behind the wall, we build an allowance into your scope before demo.

If you're remodeling more than one room, our whole-home renovation team applies these same waterproofing specs across the entire house. For baths inside oceanfront towers, our condo remodeling division handles board approvals and IIC-50 sound compliance on top of the waterproofing. Go to the form↓
